Another year has arrived.

I mean, with one quick, forgiving tick of the clock, we are each given permission to say goodbye to the old, while being encouraged to welcome in the new.

Well, we get to decide what that is. 
We get to define it….direct it….create it.
Why?
Because it's a new year…and a new year means a fresh start.
So, many of us begin by promising to do better.  Say better.  Think better.  Work better.  Play better.  And…of course…eat better.
